About the Northern Parula
The Northern Parula is a small, vibrant warbler often found high in the treetops of woodlands and wetlands. Males show a beautiful mix of blue-gray upperparts, bright yellow throat and chest, and a dark band across the breast. Active and energetic, they move quickly through foliage while singing their buzzy, rising song.
